The MaxPlus Non-Dry Ice Shipper eliminates complications of dry ice packouts and reduces logistical constraints for plasma distribution by using phase change material coolants. The shipper does not require bench-time or special handling, dramatically improving efficiency and simplifying the packing process. It is optimized for both local transport and export shipping of frozen plasma products.
Each shipper is equipped with the necessary coolants to protect and properly maintain temperature. Reinforced handles and durable high-strength corrugated construction ensure that the shipper can withstand rigors of third-party logistics (3PL) handling. The polypropylene shell material is not only durable but chemically inert, making it easy to clean and disinfect so that it can be re-used reliably for continuous shipping. With this long service life in mind, outer shells can easily be replaced should they show signs of wear from ongoing use.
