Warranties; Limitation of Liability: 

Customer represents, acknowledges and agrees that MaxQ has not made any representations or warranties, direct or indirect, express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever, including without limitation, the design or condition of any product, or any product’s merchantability or its suitability or fitness for any particular purpose, the quality of the material or workmanship of any product, and all such warranties are expressly excluded hereby. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MaxQ be liable to customer for any special, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with this agreement or any product provided to customer, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, or loss of use, even if MaxQ has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claim is based upon breach of contract, warranty, negligence, or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose or otherwise.

Product Warranty Information

As an expression of our confidence in the quality and workmanship of our products, MaxQ wants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use by the original purchaser of the product. If a MaxQ item proves defective in materials and workmanship during normal use by the original purchaser of the product, MaxQ will arrange for replacement or repair. To review or receive repair or replacement information, either return the defective part to the outlet where purchased or contact MaxQ, email to sales@flymaxq.com to arrange for the product return.

Payment and Purchases Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. All prices and figures are listed in US Dollars. The order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in MaxQ’s account.

Pricing and Availability Policy

Please understand that the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order; it confirms that our system has received your order. Verification information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

MaxQ reserves the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other errors on its website, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day. All orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS or comparable carrier. Processing time of your order can vary from 24-48 hours depending on product availability, or in some cases up to 3-5 business days. Orders shipped by ground service average 4-10 business days from date of order to reach its destination. Orders shipped by priority service (Priority Shipping) average 3-7 business days from date of order to reach its destination. Additional charges may apply depending on weight. We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping. When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. DHL will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a complete street address for all orders. If ordering internationally, any taxes, customs, or related fees will be your responsibility at the time of receipt. Larger quantities are quotable for shipping.

Any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as purchaser’s carrier or special handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee. Title and risk of loss pass to Purchaser on delivery to the common carrier. If product was damaged or lost in transit, recipient must file claim with carrier.

Shipping and handling charges will be applied to each order. Customers will be advised of shipping and handling charges at the point of purchase order. Orders will not be processed without the purchasing agent’s knowledge of shipping and handling charges. Dependent on the item’s amount and or the value or nature of the items sent, some orders will be sent with “signature required’ and will not be left at shipping address. You agree to be responsible to be present for delivery of your order or reshipping, handling and or restocking fees may be charged.

Cancellation

In most cases once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel that order due to the speed in which we process and ship orders. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact us for cancellation. If your product has been shipped and you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions and possible restocking fees will be applied.

Restocking fees: Some product returns require a restocking fee when returned. Please understand that when a product is returned, a decent amount of work goes into the return process, and this service fee allows us to keep our retail costs low, and our quality of service levels high.

Refused shipment/undeliverable package

If you refuse a package upon delivery or your package is undeliverable due to customer error or oversight, we must charge your card for the shipping costs and handling fees caused by your decision. This policy applies even if your order was originally shipped to you free of charge.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Customer satisfaction is our number one policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify us immediately so that a customer service representative can answer any questions you may have or assist in resolving any issues you may experience.

Order inspection: Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. If you note any damage or missing items in your order, please report within seven (7) business days of delivery by calling us at 405-466-5629 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm CST.

Special or custom orders are final and may not be returned. The return department makes it easy to return an eligible item.

Eligible items include: products not ordered by customer, incorrect order quantities or product, or damaged/defective products. Any eligible item must be returned within thirsty (30) days of receipt in unused, unopened and like –new condition and contain all original product packaging and any accessories.
